Bron Fieldwalker
I'm Bron Fieldwalker, a principal AI engineer. I make AI agents trustworthy in production: evidenced, validated and reproducible, so you can check the work instead of taking it on faith.
Vancouver, BC · working remotely

The short version
I started out building websites and print work for clients, and ran a contract team for The Internet Marketing Center that launched 50 sites a month. That taught me to ship on schedule and to treat other people's money carefully.
Then I went down the stack. At Atlascloud I designed servers, hypervisors, networks, firewalls and fibre. At Arch Platform I built cloud VFX pipelines and led the studio security compliance for Disney approval, and supported Netflix artists working on one show across Vancouver and LA. I know an application down to every piece of gear it runs on.
Agentic AI pulled all of that together. I built Swarm, a multi-agent framework used by 2,000+ engineers at Agentics.org, then a HIPAA-aware voice transcription pipeline for Avitra Dental, and now I'm CTO and forward-deployed AI engineer at VARAi, building the operating system for agentic commerce in eyewear.
Along the way I watched models produce confident, plausible, wrong answers. So I build systems that show their work. AgentOps, my audit harness, freezes the evidence before the model sees it, and a validator, not the model, decides what counts.
I trade as Syndicate Digital, since 1998. It's a practice, not an agency: you work with me directly.
How I work
- Evidence first
- I read the code, the logs and the data before I propose anything. The first deliverable is usually a finding you can check.
- Fixed scope, then extend
- Engagements start small and bounded. If the first piece earns it, we extend. You never sign up for open-ended spend to find out whether I'm useful.
- Inside your stack
- I work in your repositories, your cloud and your channels, with your engineers. Nothing important lives on my laptop.
- Built to hand over
- Decision records, runbooks, tests and receipts ship with the code. When I leave, your team can run it, change it and prove it still works.
What I hold to
- Evidence over adjectives
- Every claim on this site carries a number, an artifact or a stated limit. If I can't measure it, I say so.
- Honest limits
- I don't publish an accuracy number until it has been independently judged against a pre-registered sample. I'll tell you when something is a research result, a small sample or not my strength.
- Discretion
- Client work under NDA is described by its shape and outcome, never by name. Your data stays on your infrastructure.
- The last mile
- Getting a demo to 80% is easy now. The work is in the last 10–20%: edge cases, migrations, rollbacks and the bug nobody saw. That's the part I'm hired for.
